anon: haha Taiwan and Singapore mainly, but I'll be in Tokyo and Hong Kong for a night
 my friend is doing a Fulbright over there, and she has me listed as her "common law spouse", so I get to go visit lol
anon: she gets an additional stipend to cover a big chunk of my travel
 so I'm essentially going to Asia for about as much as it costs to take a train to New York
 It means we can't exactly go to gay bars while we're there since our cover would be blown, but it's illegal to be gay over there anyway, so no big!
anon: also, all the gays and hags going cray over Etta James dying. I just wanna pull a Nene Leakes and be like, "Bloop bloop!"...if any one of them can name a song beyond "At Last", I think I would die from shock
